Return Policy:

Our products are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Due to this personalized approach, we accept returns at the customer’s expense, provided the item is returned in perfect condition. Please note that returns for custom orders are not permitted.

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will replace the product within 45-60 business days. Minor cracks that can be repaired with glue are not eligible for replacement.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

1. Immediate Inspection: Inspect your item upon delivery. If damaged, document the issue thoroughly with photographs or video.

2. Prompt Notification: Contact Cece Products within 48 hours of receiving your product. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and any photos or videos taken.

3. Claims Procedure: We will initiate the claims process with the shipping company. Your cooperation may be required to provide additional information or evidence.

4. Claims Outcome: The final decision rests with the shipping company. Cece Products will advocate for a fair resolution on your behalf but cannot guarantee the carrier’s final determination.
